At CurtainStudio we are standing by to connect with you virtually and take you through everything you need to know about ordering custom window furnishings.

HERE’S HOW EASY IT IS

1) Head to our Book A Free Measure and Quote page and fill in your personal details. Your dedicated Design Consultant will be in touch with you to introduce themselves and get more information on your project as well as send you a fabric booklet and how to measure guides.

2) If you are able to take your measurements, we will send you a how to measure guide and form so that we can send you a preliminary quotation. You will be asked to fill in your contact details again as well as the measurements and fabric choices per room. We will also provide you with a worksheet as a handy guide. Please note that our technical team will need to carry out a check measure of your windows prior to final quotation and installation.

3) Once we have your measurements and chosen fabrics, your dedicated Design Consultant will be back in touch with you to discuss your options and provide solutions for your design, thermal and light filtering needs. At this point we will be able to do a full telephone or video call consultation

4) Based on your consultation and the details provided we will email you your quotation. We are happy to take you through the quotation if you have any queries, or make further amendments if necessary.

5) We will make arrangements to visit your home to complete the final measurements and present the fabric samples that you've chosen. Once this has been done, a final quotation will be sent to you for approval. A 50% deposit is required and the final balance is required at least 3 days prior to installation or collection.

GOOD TO KNOW - WE TAKE HEALTH AND SAFTETY VERY SERIOUSLY

You can be assured that the CurtainStudio team and our suppliers have completed all the necessary training to ensure that we adhere to maintaining a high level of appropriate sanitation and distancing. This includes the use of hand sanitiser before entering your home and on exit. Samples will be wiped down and sanitised as well as any surface that is touched. We will ensure that our time within your home is kept to a minimum.
