Retail Manager - CurtainStudio Dunedin, Hamilton

About the Role:
Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be driving and managing a retail sales team. A full induction into the company systems and values under our “We Care” umbrella will be provided to allow you to deliver exceptional customer service. Extensive product technical training and support will enable to manage your team to meet sales targets and incentives.

Installation Technician – Hamilton, Wellington & Auckland

About the Role:
With a key focus on in home Installations you will install a wide range of tracks, drapes and blinds of all types, and also be required to undertake corrective action service calls and check measures.

We do all the Installation planning and scheduling for you, you collect all products you need daily from our central Hastings Store and then get out and do what you do best...... Install. If you have not already proven yourself as a Curtain & Blind Installer, we will certainly consider other relevant trades skills and provide you with all the upfront installation and technical product training you will need.

About You:
Your professional attitude and exceptional communication skills will be essential to succeeding this role.

whilst previous Installation experience is ideal, a good trades person with common sense, an eye for detail, the ability to think on your feet, great customer service ethic and high professional standards could easily hit the ground running after your initial training is provided. We have well developed systems, processes and standards which you will use and apply daily.

Installation Planning & Scheduling

Due to internal staff changes, we now require an Installation Planning resource in our North Shore Head Office to join our friendly, well respected team.

About the Role:
With a key focus on planning ahead for in home Installations you will be required to undertake a range of planning related tasks within a deadline driven environment.

If you have not already proven yourself in the field of planning & scheduling, we will certainly consider other applicants who demonstrate experience in customer services, or other operational roles. We will provide you with all the upfront installation planning and technical training you will need.

Your skills gained in a customer service environment along with your high professional standards will be essential to succeeding in this role.

Key Tasks:

  • Geographic allocation of jobs reducing travel time and optimised installation cost / time efficiencies.
  • Timely emails (internal & external) or printed hard copy installation paperwork required by Installers along with specific technical instructions / diagrams.
  • Post installation review and action of any corrective action
  • Provide weekly updates to all the installers on their upcoming schedules for the following week
  • Liaise with all stakeholders (Stores, Consultants, Suppliers, Installers)

The hours are a typically Monday to Friday 7.30am - 4.30pm (perhaps the odd Saturday morning during our busy periods)
