Dear Valued Customer

At CurtainStudio we are taking our role in containing the spread of COVID-19 seriously and are operating safe business practices to ensure this.

We have the following options available to help you find your perfect window furnishing solution; in-store, in-home or virtual consultations.
To help keep our customers and our team members safe we have implemented the following guidelines:

  • If you are experiencing any flu-like symptoms please do not visit us in-store or request we come to your home, we can help you with any queries over the phone, provide you with virtual consultations or alternatively you can shop our readymade range on our website. We will be happy to meet with you once you are better.
  • For your safety we have contact tracing in place. When we come to your home we will require you and anyone accompanying you to provide names for contact tracing. If you visit our stores without an appointment and wish to provide us with your details please approach a team member
  • Please maintain 2 metre physical distancing at all times where possible
  • As at all other levels we are maintaining routine cleaning and high standards of hygiene and asking all employees to stay at home if they are feeling unwell.

We would like to reassure you that our teams are working hard to dispatch online orders within 24 hours of receipt. However, due to the high demand in home deliveries, you may experience a delay in receiving your order as our courier partners do their best to cope with the significant increase in demand for their services.

Please allow the following lead times for your online order:

North Island: +-5 Working Days
South Island:  +-5-7 Working Days
Rural: +-14 Working Days

Once your order has been dispatched from Aramex/Fastway, you will receive a tracking number.  To track your package yourself, have your track and trace number ready and visit www.fastway.co.nz.

Dear Valued Customer

The New Zealand Government has recently announced a move to COVID-19 Alert Level 3 on Tuesday 28 April which means we are pleased to confirm that CurtainStudio will be resuming some of our operations.

We have developed a Level 3 safe working procedure for installation services in accordance with the COVID-19 guidance and the Construction Health & Safety NZ COVID-19 protocols. While all our retail stores will be closed to the public, our Design Consultants are available to provide virtual consultations and can deliver samples to your home during Level 3.

There are a number of health and safety procedures that we have set up during this time to maintain the safety of you, our valued customer and our team including health and risk assessments of staff and customers, hygiene measures, practicing safe distancing, appropriate PPE and recorded contact tracing. We have set up the following guidelines for you so you know what to expect during installation as there are a number of things we are asking you to do to help keep us all safe.

To Dear Valued Customer

To ensure our customers who need window furnishings to help provide warmth for their homes have access to them during Alert Level 4 we have now made these available to order online and will be delivered direct to their door.

We provide assurances that we are following strict government guidelines for maintaining social distancing, limiting the number of people onsite to approved staff only ensuring we protect our staff and you the public in reducing the potential spread of COVID-19.
We have additional measures such as providing appropriate PPE, following extra hygiene and sanitisation protocols, to protect our staff against COVID-19 in the workplace. Sanitisation of all plant and equipment is maintained at the beginning, during and the conclusion of each shift.

Courier delivery partner Aramex/Fastway will pick-up and deliver our approved Essential Products door to door under the ‘authority to leave’ without signature, maintaining social distancing at all times.

Valued Customer

Following the announcement by the New Zealand Government regarding the move to COVID-19 Alert Level 3 and then subsequently to Alert Level 4, CurtainStudio has made some immediate changes.


From today we will be closing all our retail stores nationwide and they will remain closed until the New Zealand Government advises we can resume operations. Over the coming weeks we will continue to monitor the situation closely and act quickly on New Zealand Government or health authority advice.

All customer deposits and orders will be honoured as soon as we are able to resume normal business.  We will be in touch with you as soon as we are able to reschedule your installation.  In the meantime you can contact us at marketing@curtainstudio.co.nz.

A. We are now completing installations. You will be contacted by our custom ops team to arrange a time and date. Q. Can I pick up my product from you?

A. If your order is ready for collection, you may arrange this with your local CurtainStudio store. .

 

Q. Can I still request a measure and quote?

A. Yes! We welcome you to do this through our website.

 

Q. I have a quote from you – will you honour the price?

A. Yes. If you want to accept a current quote please contact us and we will call you back to work this through with you.
