New Home Owner Range

We have carefully curated a range of window furnishings to suit various budgets. Simply get in touch with us and we’ll take you through the options. Not finding something suitable? We have hundreds of options! Together, we’ll find a solution to suit your style, budget and needs.

SILVER - With a combination of affordable custom curtains, tracks and readymade blinds altered to fit, our silver package is a great combination of style and value. 

GOLD - Our gold package is our mid-range offering and has more choice with additional pleat options, double tracks and fabric styles.  

PLATINUM - Our platinum package provides you with the widest selection of curtains, with custom made blind options and is perfect for those wanting to make a statement with their window finishings.

The Process

1 - First Contact and Consultation

Get in touch with your dedicated Design Consultant. The details should be within your welcome pack. Your Consultant will show you fabric and/or blind samples, discuss the best solution for your style, budget and function and measure up your windows.  An initial quotation can be quoted off plan, however prior to final quotation, on site measurements will need to be taken. Please ensure that you mention that you are a Group Home Builder client so that your exclusive discounts can be redeemed.

 If you have not been allocated a Consultant, email us on commercial@curtainstudio.co.nz.

2 - Receive your Quotation

Your Design Consultant will email your quotation to you that will be itemised by room. Should you have any queries or changes to your quotation, please discuss these with your Consultant.

3 - Acceptance of Order and Deposit Paid

Once you are ready to proceed, please get in touch with your consultant. Your consultant will confirm stock and lead-times again to ensure we can proceed with production. 
We will ask for a 70% deposit on acceptance of your order. 
We offer various payment methods, such as direct credit, POLi-pay and in-store as well as flexible finance options through Q Mastercard®. 

4 - Custom Making of Your Order

Once your deposit has been received and allocated against your quote your order will be sent to our suppliers for production. Some items do vary by lead time so please take note of these – if you are unsure then please confirm these with your Consultant.

5 - Order Complete and Final Balance Paid

When the production of your order is complete, and we have received all items back from our suppliers, we will be in touch to arrange payment of your final balance.

6 - Installation or Collection of Your Order 

Installation:  Upon receipt of your final balance we will schedule your installation with you, where one of our trained installers will hang them for you and provide you with tips for looking after your new window furnishings.   
Collection:  If you have opted to install yourself, upon receipt of your final balance, we will contact you to arrange collection of your window furnishings
