Online Delivery Times

COVID19 UPDATE:  Should you be shopping with us online during the compulsory shutdown period (Effective 24th March), your deliver will be delayed until we are able to reopen our distribution centre. Once we reopen, orders will be processed and dispatched in sequence of receipt. We will contact you directly once we have reopened with information on our next steps.

Your track and trace number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
To track your package yourself, have your track and trace number ready and either call your local Fastway Depot or visit www.fastway.co.nz


Online Delivery Charges
We offer free delivery on orders of NZD$200 or over throughout New Zealand.

Our delivery fees are as follows:

Within Auckland: $5.99
North Island: $8.99
South Island: $14.99

Rural deliveries will have an additional charge of NZD$5.99


Please note we do not ship to PO Boxes as we require the signature of the recipient.

Online Returns

COVID19 UPDATE:  We have extended our returns policy for all online orders during the compulsory shutdown period (Effective 24th March).Please note that as we are closed, we are unable to receive any returns until we are cleared to resume usual business hours.

If for any reason you are unhappy with any item, you can return it for a refund within 14 days from receipt of your purchase. The item must be in its original condition, with all packaging in a re-saleable condition. Curtains must not have been gathered, all blinds and tracks must be returned with all parts and instructions. We will refund the purchase price using the method in which you originally paid. CurtainStudio Online does not offer refunds on in-store purchases. Please note, our online returns policy does not apply to in-store purchases.

Online Laybuy Returns
Online purchases made using Laybuy can be returned to CurtainStudio Online for a refund only. Please follow the instructions on how to return an online purchase below.

How To Return An Online Purchase

COVID19 UPDATE:  Due to the latest announcement from the Government, our retail stores are currently closed until further notice.  Please note that all stores are currently closed until further notice.  

 You can return all items purchased online by post or courier.
Refunds can only be given to items returned to CurtainStudio Online accompanied with a completed Returns Form. CurtainStudio has the right to refuse returns if the product is not in its original condition or is not returned within 14 days of receipt of purchase.

Please complete our Returns Form and include it with the product.

Important Information
Returned items are insured by CurtainStudio against damage or loss with proof of correct postage. CurtainStudio takes no responsibility for items lost in transit while being returned without proof of postage.
If the information above is not followed this may result in delays processing your return.
If followed correctly items will be processed within 10 working days from the day we receive your return.

Returning Online Purchases To Store

If you would like to return your item to your nearest CurtainStudio store we can offer an exchange or a credit note which can only be used
in-store. Online purchases made using Laybuy cannot be exchanged or issued a credit note in-store.

For a full refund, items must be returned to CurtainStudio Online as above.

Please bring in a completed Returns Form and the item for return in its original condition with all packaging, in a re-saleable condition. Curtains must not have been gathered, all blinds and tracks must be returned with all parts and instructions.
