We want to remind our customers that we are taking our role in containing the spread of COVID-19 seriously and are operating safe business practices to ensure this.

We have the following options available to help you find your perfect window finishings; in-store, in-home or virtual consultations.

• Our retail stores are open with 1m social distancing taking place and all staff and customers are required to wear a face-covering at all times while in-store

• For your safety, we have contact tracing in place. You must use the NZ Contact Tracer App to scan the QR code when you enter our stores or alternatively sign in manually. When we come to your home we will require you and anyone accompanying you to provide names for contact tracing

• If you are experiencing any flu-like symptoms please do not visit us in-store or request we come to your home, we can help you with any queries over the phone, provide you with a virtual custom consultation and you can shop our readymade offering on our website. We will be happy to meet with you once you are better.

• Please maintain social distancing at all times where possible 

• As at all other levels we are maintaining routine cleaning and high standards of hygiene and asking all employees to stay at home if they are feeling unwell
