Due to the recent developments in relation to COVID-19 and the Government’s announcement of moving all of New Zealand EXCEPT the Auckland and Northland regions to Level 3, while the Auckland and Northland regions remain at Level 4 until further notice, we will be making the following changes to trading:

 

Alert Level 3 - All regions EXCLUDING Auckland and Northland

The New Zealand Government has recently announced a move to COVID-19 Alert Level 3 from 11:59 Tuesday 31 August, which means the following for our customers:

We have a Level 3 safe working procedure for installation services in accordance with the COVID-19 guidance and the Construction Health & Safety NZ COVID-19 protocols.

While all our retail stores will remain closed to the public, our sales consultants are available to provide virtual consultations and can deliver samples to your home during Level 3.

There are a number of health and safety procedures that we have set up during this time to maintain the safety of you, our valued customer and our team including health and risk assessments of staff and customers, hygiene measures, practising safe distancing, appropriate PPE and recorded contact tracing.

Alert Level 4 - Auckland and Northland regions

Our stores in the Auckland and Northland regions remain closed at level 4.

All customer deposits and orders will be honoured as soon as we are able to resume normal business.  We will be in touch with you as soon as we are able to reschedule your installation.  In the meantime, you can contact us at marketing@curtainstudio.co.nz 

If you have an appointment or consultation booked with us we will be in contact to reschedule as soon as our team are back at work. We appreciate your patience and your support as we all work through this together to ensure everyone who shops with us and works with us is safe, as well as do our bit to prevent the spread of Coronavirus COVID-19.

Q. Can I shop online?

A. Yes. You may shop our wide range of readymades online.

 

Q. Can I cancel my order and get a refund?

A. We will resume with delivering your order as soon as we are able to resume normal business. As our product is ordered and specifically made for your personal requirements, we are unable to offer full refunds.  Please contact us with your order number and we will do our best to respond to your query.

 

Q. Is my deposit safe?

A. Please rest assured that we will honour all deposits.

 

Q. I had an installation or appointment booked in the shut-down period, will you still complete this?

A. We can arrange installation for our regions outside of Auckland.   There are a number of health and safety procedures that we have set up during this time to maintain the safety of you, our valued customer and our team including health and risk assessments of staff and customers, hygiene measures, practising safe distancing, appropriate PPE and recorded contact tracing. As we operated previously at Level 3 we have robust guidelines for installation that are in place to ensure all our customers and teams stay safe.

If you are within the Auckland region, we will reschedule this due to the restrictions around Alert Level 4. 

 

Q. Can I pick up my product from you? I am in a Level 3 area.

Due to the restrictions around Alert Level 4 we won’t be able to allow this.  We will contact customers if anything changes.

 

Q. Can I still request a measure and quote?

A. Yes! We would love to connect with you virtually and take you through everything you need to know about ordering custom window finishings. Find out more about our virtual consults here
